Individual Spiritual Direction
A monthly, one-hour meeting is the typical rhythm for one-on-one Spiritual Direction. I meet with Directees in-person as well as via Zoom or FaceTime. Whether you are dealing with grief, joy, doubt, vocational discernment, or a desire to see your inner life become more attuned to the presence of God, I would love to accompany you on your sacred journey.
Group Retreats
I lead retreats for clergy, church leadership teams, denominational staff, and organizational boards- exploring themes such as self-care, spiritual renewal, and group discernment. I’m happy to discuss with you which type of retreat you believe might be a good fit for your particular context.
